The Apostle: A Life of Paul by John Pollock
John Pollock is well known for his biographies of people like D.L. Moody, Billy Graham, and John Wesley.
In this book, Pollock writes about the life of Paul the Apostle. His focus is mainly with what Scripture reveals about Paul, but he does use other sources at times to fill in some of the blanks about Paul's life.
Overall, the author did a great job of piecing everything together to write this biography. However, I just couldn't really get into this book, mainly because I am not too interested in biographies. If you are interested in biographies or further examining the life of Paul then I would recommend this book.
